We are currently looking for a proactive Office Administrator to join our dynamic team at our Downtown Naples office!
Position Overview:
- Start Date: 10/20/2025
- End Date: May 2026
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
- Compensation: $25.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the welcoming face of the office, greeting guests, managing mail, processing check deposits, and providing initial support for office-related inquiries.
- Oversee the overall aesthetics and organization of the office, ensuring cleanliness and order in all areas, including reception, conference rooms, kitchen, and communal spaces.
- Manage supply inventory, including ordering and processing deliveries while adhering to budget guidelines.
- Coordinate with vendors to address on-site facility issues, escalating larger concerns to our National Workplace team.
- Collaborate with local team members for event planning and meeting coordination, serving as the main point of contact for ideation and execution.
- Manage a small portfolio of high-touch clients, acting as their primary contact for inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Facilitate technology adoption by providing personalized support, strategic recommendations, and group training sessions.
- Assist with marketing efforts by responding to inquiries, creating collateral from templates, and liaising with marketing specialists for complex requests.
- Work with local Agent Experience Managers and the Onboarding team to develop strategies for welcoming new clients.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support as necessary, including sales meeting preparations, data entry, and internal communications.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and departments to advocate for agents’ feedback and questions.
- Embody a positive workplace culture that inspires and empowers colleagues through constructive change.
