The Opportunity:
We are on the lookout for a dedicated Transfers Administrator to join our Transfers team for a 12-month term. Reporting directly to the Supervisor of Transfers, you will oversee the daily management of transfer processes, including reviews, approvals, and the resolution of escalated issues. The ideal candidate is a proactive collaborator eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Your Daily Tasks:
- Process transfer requests in accordance with service level agreements.
- Manage the transfers mailbox and handle incoming correspondence.
- Initiate new manual or ATON transfers both in and out.
- Track and follow up on the status of initiated transfers.
- Provide operational support for transfers to external institutions.
- Maintain accurate and organized transfer documentation.
