Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly analyze tender documents, specifications, and requirements to prepare comprehensive tender submissions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather essential project data and cost estimates.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and assess necessary resources, materials, labor, and timelines to ensure accurate bidding.
- Engage in detailed market research to identify potential suppliers and subcontractors for various project components.
- Formulate competitive pricing strategies and negotiate with suppliers to optimize project costs.
- Ensure compliance of all tender submissions with legal, environmental, and quality standards.
- Maintain an organized database of tender documents, track submissions, and manage deadlines efficiently.
- Take part in presentations and post-tender meetings to communicate proposal strategies and address client inquiries.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities that may influence bidding strategies.
- Assist in creating and maintaining templates and documentation for tender submissions to enhance future processes.
