We are looking for dynamic and well-connected Territory Account Managers to assist our expanding network of regional homebuilders—an underrepresented market eager to embrace modernization without increasing workforce or operational costs.
Your Role
In your role as an Account Manager at Higharc, you will leverage your extensive industry experience and connections to cultivate our customer base in key geographic areas. You will manage the entire sales process for regional homebuilders—from initial introductions and discovery meetings to product demonstrations, proposals, and closing sales—by understanding the intricacies of homebuilding and how technology can enhance these processes.
You will proactively engage in prospecting efforts and participate in industry events where builders gather. Collaborating directly with owners, presidents, and general managers, you will introduce a more efficient approach to selling and launching homes.
While a background in architecture or technology is not required, you should be familiar with builders’ operations, confidently discuss construction plans and workflows, and effectively communicate product value. Higharc will provide comprehensive training on our platform and demo techniques.
This position is entrepreneurial and impactful, focusing on a new growth area for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct targeted discovery sessions with builders to grasp their planning workflows, sales processes, estimating practices, and project timelines.
Provide clear, workflow-oriented demonstrations that effectively convey value in straightforward terms, illustrating how builders can sell, estimate, and launch homes more efficiently with Higharc.
Manage a quick, transactional sales cycle from warm leads through objection resolution, ROI storytelling, and disciplined follow-ups to maintain momentum in deals.
Serve as a dual-role sales engineer and portfolio advisor, customizing discussions for regional and mid-sized builders, basing suggestions on real-world homebuilding scenarios.
Develop a sales pipeline through strategic outreach and community involvement, including partnerships, Home Builders Associations (HBAs), regional builder groups, and industry gatherings.
