In this role, you will be pivotal in expanding our customer base by cultivating relationships with contractors and construction company leaders.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage a defined geographical territory with full responsibility for executing sales strategies, including market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and driving revenue growth through effective contract negotiations and customer retention.
- Respond promptly to inbound leads and requests, leveraging Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Drive new business development and enhance client acquisition and account management efforts. Build strong relationships with contractors and construction company decision-makers, demonstrating how EquipmentShare can help them save money, increase profitability, and operate more efficiently.
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure their satisfaction with EquipmentShare's services and support, keeping them informed of new offerings.
- Quickly address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback. Conduct sales presentations to both prospective and existing clients.
- Innovate and implement new sales strategies and techniques to enhance our market share and elevate the customer experience.
