In this role, you will focus on expanding our customer base by developing relationships with contractors and construction company executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a designated territory with a focus on executing sales strategies including market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth, alongside contract negotiations and customer retention.
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and leads, utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems effectively.
- Drive new business development and client acquisition by fostering relationships with contractors and construction company principals, educating them on how EquipmentShare's solutions can enhance their operations and profitability.
- Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction with EquipmentShare's service and support, keeping them informed of new solutions to enhance their business.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and conduct sales presentations for both prospective and existing clients.
- Innovate new sales strategies and techniques to enhance market share and improve customer experiences.
