Job Summary
We are in search of a skilled and motivated professional for the role of Territory Business Manager to enhance the sales of our pharmaceutical products within the designated territory. You will play a crucial role in gathering market insights, conducting prescription audits, and executing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales objectives. Your responsibilities will also include managing inquiries from healthcare professionals, cultivating strong customer relationships, and ensuring meticulous management of territory data.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape by collecting data from stockists and chemists, and communicate findings to the Sales Business Manager (SBM) or Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
• Conduct Retail Chemist Prescription Audits (RCPA) in the assigned territory to identify potential high-prescribers and provide a comprehensive list of doctors to the SBM/RSM for accurate sales forecasting.
• Participate in training programs to stay informed on product literature and developments.
• Obtain sales targets and promotional budget information from SBM/RSM.
• Utilize the allocated budget to strategize launch activities for various doctors, camps, or Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions in the territory.
• Engage in regular sales presentations and pitches to healthcare professionals to promote our products effectively.
• Submit reimbursement claims to SBM/RSM.
• Implement marketing strategies as directed by the Product Manager.
• Collect Point of Business (POB) details from chemists and coordinate with stockists for timely product delivery.
• Monitor and analyze sales data of new products with chemists to meet sales goals.
• Address queries from doctors regarding both new and existing products.
• Log doctor inquiries into the system for review by the Infogini team.
• Leverage email responses from Infogini to resolve doctors' queries and boost prescriptions per doctor.
• Maintain consistent interactions with doctors to understand their prescription behaviors.
• Report prescription trend data to SBM/RSM.
• Track specific customer needs and relay feedback to the Area Sales Manager (ASM), SBM/RSM, or Head Office (HO).
• Prepare and submit lists of doctors for CME events to SBM/RSM to strengthen relationships and foster loyalty among healthcare professionals.
• Regularly update and manage data on doctor lists, route maps, retailers, and other supply chain details.
