Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Territory Business Manager at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, where you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales of our pharmaceutical products within your designated territory. You will leverage market insights, conduct prescription audits, and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets. In this role, you will also manage doctor queries, nurture customer relationships, and maintain precise territory data management.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities by collecting information from stockists and chemists, then communicate findings to the Sales Business Manager (SBM) or Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
• Conduct Retail Chemist Prescription Audits (RCPAs) to identify key prescribers, compiling a list for sales forecasting.
• Participate in training programs to stay informed about product developments.
• Coordinate with SBM/RSM to understand sales targets and promotional budgets.
• Strategically utilize the allocated budget for product launches, medical camps, and Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations to doctors to promote our products.
• Submit reimbursement invoices to SBM/RSM.
• Execute marketing strategies as directed by the Product Manager.
• Collect Point of Business (POB) details from chemists and liaise with stockists for product delivery.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance of new products to achieve targets.
• Document doctor queries regarding products and ensure they are addressed through the Infogini team.
• Enhance prescription rates by effectively responding to doctor inquiries.
• Maintain ongoing communication with doctors to track prescription trends.
• Provide prescription trend data to SBM/RSM.
• Track customer needs and relay feedback to the Area Sales Manager (ASM), SBM/RSM, or Head Office (HO).
• Prepare lists of doctors for CME events and submit to SBM/RSM to strengthen relationships.
• Regularly update records of doctor lists, route maps, retailers, and other supply chain information.
