Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Territory Business Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products within your designated territory. Your responsibilities will include gathering valuable market insights, conducting prescription audits, and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals. You will also engage with healthcare professionals, manage customer relationships, and ensure precise territory data management.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape by collecting feedback from stockists and chemists, and communicate findings to the Sales Business Manager (SBM) or Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
• Conduct Retail Chemist Prescription Audits (RCPA) to identify high-prescribing doctors in your area and relay this information to the SBM/RSM for accurate sales forecasting.
• Attend training programs and stay updated with product literature to enhance your knowledge.
• Collaborate with SBM/RSM to understand sales targets and promotional budgets.
• Strategically utilize the allocated budget to plan and execute launch activities for various doctors, camps, or Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions.
• Deliver engaging sales presentations to promote our products effectively.
• Process reimbursement claims and submit to SBM/RSM.
• Execute marketing plans established by the Product Manager.
• Collect Point of Business (POB) details from chemists and coordinate with stockists to ensure timely product delivery.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance of new products with chemists to achieve targeted sales.
• Address queries from doctors regarding new and existing products.
• Log queries into the system for the Infogini team’s review.
• Utilize feedback from Infogini to resolve doctor queries and enhance prescriptions.
• Maintain regular communication with doctors to understand their prescribing habits.
• Report prescription trends to SBM/RSM.
• Track specific customer needs and provide insights to the Area Sales Manager (ASM), SBM/RSM, or Head Office (HO).
• Prepare doctor lists for CME events and submit to SBM/RSM to cultivate strong relationships with doctors.
• Regularly update records of doctors, route maps, retailers, and other supply chain data.
