Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Territory Business Manager, where you will be instrumental in driving sales of our pharmaceutical products across your designated territory. Your role will involve collecting market intelligence, conducting prescription audits, and devising effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. You will also engage with healthcare professionals, nurture customer relationships, and ensure precise management of territory data.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities by sourcing information from stockists and chemists, and communicate insights to the Sales Business Manager (SBM) or Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
• Perform Retail Chemist Prescription Audits (RCPA) in your territory to identify high-prescribing doctors and prepare a list for sales forecasting.
• Participate in training programs and stay informed about product literature.
• Collaborate with SBM/RSM to understand sales targets and promotion budgets.
• Allocate budget effectively to plan and execute launch activities for doctors, camps, or Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions.
• Conduct impactful sales presentations to promote products to healthcare providers.
• Submit reimbursement bills to SBM/RSM promptly.
• Implement marketing strategies aligned with the Product Manager’s goals.
• Collect Point of Business (POB) data from chemists and liaise with stockists for product delivery.
• Track and monitor sales of new products to achieve set targets.
• Address queries from doctors regarding both new and existing products, entering these into the system for review by the Infogini team.
• Utilize email responses from Infogini to resolve doctors' queries and boost prescriptions.
• Maintain regular communication with doctors to understand their prescribing patterns and convey this information to SBM/RSM.
• Keep track of specific customer needs and provide feedback to ASM, SBM/RSM, or Head Office.
• Prepare lists of doctors for CME events and submit them to SBM/RSM to build strong relationships and ensure loyalty.
• Regularly update data on doctor lists, route maps, retailers, and supply chain logistics.
