We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to become an integral part of our North East team. In this position, you will lead a top-performing sales team to capture local markets and uncover unique growth opportunities throughout Newcastle, Middlesbrough, and Sunderland.

Your Responsibilities
You will join the UK & Ireland Regional team, becoming an expert in the local markets we serve. Overseeing the three key facets of our marketplace—restaurants, consumers, and riders—you will ensure the best selection for our customers across the North East.
A typical day may involve:
Enhancing Regional Performance: Act as the business owner for Growth KPIs and Customer Value Proposition (CVP) metrics in Newcastle, Middlesbrough, and Sunderland.
Leading and Coaching: Manage and nurture a sales team of nine, providing the necessary coaching and framework to consistently achieve monthly targets.
Strategic Market Analysis: Identify cuisine gaps and premier partners to devise targeted plans that bolster our competitive standing in your designated cities.
Collaborative Efforts: Establish clear priorities for Account Managers on localized metrics, such as signage, menu completeness, and rejection rates.
