Overview
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Territory Sales Manager to spearhead our next wave of national expansion. This role entails identifying and cultivating high-potential new markets throughout the U.S., collaborating closely with the Director of Sales and other leadership to establish and develop new accounts—primarily focusing on the convenience store sector.
The ideal candidate should possess a passion for sales, thrive in high-energy settings, and excel at forging new connections. This field-based position is perfect for someone who is entrepreneurial, persuasive, and eager to make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Director of Sales to pinpoint strategic regions abundant with new account opportunities.
Establish new retail partnerships, focusing on independent and small-chain convenience stores.
Exhibit excellence in merchandising when opening new accounts.
Act as the primary brand ambassador in new territories—shaping the initial impression and sales process.
Work collaboratively across functions to ensure a seamless transition of newly opened accounts to local DSD partners for ongoing support.
Monitor and report on sales performance, market insights, and competitive intelligence from the field.
