As a Territory Sales Manager, you will spearhead growth initiatives by selling Aidence's innovative AI-powered Radiology Operating System and Enterprise Imaging Platform. Your primary focus will be on engaging radiology practices, diagnostic imaging centers, hospitals, and health systems within the West region. You will serve as the main contact for prospective and existing clients, nurturing relationships, identifying clinical and operational hurdles, and delivering effective imaging solutions that enhance productivity and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive territory sales strategies, accountable for generating new bookings and cultivating opportunities within radiology practices and health systems.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of provider accounts across the West through proactive outreach, strategic campaigns, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with clinical (radiologists), operational (imaging directors), and IT (CIO, CMIO) stakeholders to provide customized product demonstrations and manage complex sales processes.
• Foster relationships that support business case development focusing on workflow optimization, AI triage, and imaging platform integration.
• Work closely with Sales Engineering, Product Management, Client Success, and Marketing teams to align offerings with buyer needs and expedite the sales cycle.
• Ensure accurate pipeline management and forecasting through Salesforce.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience in healthcare IT, SaaS, imaging solutions, or medical device sales.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; a background in clinical, healthcare informatics, or technology is preferred.
• Proven track record in sales to radiology groups, imaging centers, or hospitals/health systems.
• Strong understanding of healthcare buyer personas and enterprise purchasing workflows.
• Demonstrated consultative, value-based sales approach with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage travel within the territory, including overnight trips as necessary.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and dependable transportation.
