You will lead a young and enthusiastic team, using your hospitality skills to elevate our visitors' experience to the highest level. You are the vital link between the stage and the hospitality in the foyers.
Your Role at Carré
At Carré, it's all about the experience. As a Supervisor, you will ensure that the hospitality we promise – royal, personal, and professional – is delivered. You will manage the preparation, execution, and conclusion of a theater evening smoothly. You will coordinate with the manager, oversee theater staff, and lend a hand where needed. Your mission is to reduce waiting times, enhance the atmosphere, and improve service. Day in and day out.
You will be visible on the floor, maintain an overview, and quickly adapt to unexpected situations. With your experience in the hospitality sector and keen eye for detail, you will ensure a well-presented assortment, a professional appearance, and a hospitable team.
Your Key Responsibilities
- You will prepare for the theater evening: from staff scheduling to inventory checks.
- You will lead a team during the performance and guide them on-the-job.
- You will monitor service quality and intervene when necessary.
- You will ensure a neat and polished environment and the correct assortment at the food and beverage points.
