Your Impact
- Foster strong client relationships to accurately assess their needs.
- Participate in onsite bidding meetings as required.
- Establish and adhere to project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and secure necessary permits.
- Oversee the procurement of materials, tools, equipment, and labor as needed.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and contractors for smooth project execution.
- Utilize project management software to track changes, update schedules, manage budgets, and document project progress.
- Monitor project schedules and resolve issues promptly.
- Compile and submit punch lists for project completion.
- Lead by mentoring and guiding team members.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction, or a related field, or 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing Industrial Process & Utility Piping projects.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and estimation techniques.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.
