Overview
The Tier II Desktop Support Technician will deliver exceptional hardware and software assistance to a diverse range of staff and end-users. Familiarity with both macOS and Windows operating systems is essential. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service are critical, as this position involves significant face-to-face interaction with users.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware and software to a varied staff and end-user base.
- Configure, install, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, monitors, and other peripherals.
- Respond to support requests in a timely manner, ensuring user satisfaction.
