About the Role
We are in search of a TikTok Ads Manager to spearhead paid acquisition strategies on TikTok for rapidly growing brands. This performance-oriented position involves planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling TikTok advertising campaigns to achieve significant growth metrics.
As a TikTok Ads Manager, you will collaborate closely with creative teams, founders, and marketing stakeholders to test high-converting creatives, expand successful audiences, and enhance return on ad spend (ROAS). This role is tailored for individuals who possess a deep understanding of TikTok-native content, direct response marketing, and data-driven campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate, oversee, and optimize TikTok Ads campaigns.
- Establish structured creative testing frameworks (UGC, hooks, messaging angles, offers).
- Monitor and elevate KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CVR, and MER.
- Scale successful campaigns while adhering to performance benchmarks.
- Collaborate with content creators and video editors to develop TikTok-native advertisements.
- Implement audience testing strategies (broad, interest-based, lookalike).
- Analyze performance data and provide weekly growth reports.
- Identify new scaling opportunities and strategies for platform expansion.
- Stay informed about trends, algorithm updates, and best practices within TikTok Ads.
