Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive TikTok Shop Coordinator to assist our client, a prominent jewelry and activewear brand generating nine figures in revenue, in enhancing their expanding live-commerce program. In this dynamic position, you will oversee the vital behind-the-scenes activities that ensure the seamless operation of TikTok Live sessions. Your responsibilities will range from scheduling and documentation to creator communication and shop management. This role is ideal for social media enthusiasts who excel in fast-paced environments and thrive on meticulous organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Shop Operations & Administrative Support
- Utilize TikTok Live Manager to schedule and title TikTok Lives, ensuring maximum audience visibility. Confirm host availability and arrange coverage as necessary.
- Develop and maintain live session documentation (themes, product lineups, flash sales) using ClickUp or similar project management tools.
- Assist during live sessions with product pinning, switching, and chat moderation.
- Clip, label, and organize highlight moments for future use across social media and internal channels.
TikTok Shop Creator Support
- Manage creator messages in the TikTok Affiliate Center effectively.
- Respond to inquiries, identify high-value creators, and escalate significant opportunities.
- Organize the inbox and archive irrelevant messages.
- Follow up with creators regarding posting timelines, reshipment needs, or product-related questions.
- Coordinate with operations if creators report product or shipping issues.
- Provide accurate information about the brand when addressing creator inquiries.
Instagram & TikTok Engagement
- Respond to DMs across platforms (general inbox + message requests).
- Engage with comments on PAVOI posts and interact with tagged content.
- Support the development of influencer, affiliate, and UGC relationships through proactive social media engagement.
- Assist with outreach efforts as needed.
- Identify and escalate significant engagement opportunities.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and relevant conversations to inform content and engagement strategies.
- Consistently communicate in a brand-aligned voice.
Product & Platform Maintenance
- Manage Product ID sets (PIDs) and assist with ongoing listing maintenance.
- Support SPS Score and CCR tracking to ensure shop health and compliance.
- Help create and maintain PIDs for new and existing listings.
- Assist with Product Detail Page (PDP) updates, including visuals, descriptions, and pricing.
- Monitor key metrics to identify and address potential issues proactively.
