Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service with each shift, making every guest's visit a memorable experience.
- Efficiently operate the point of sale (POS) system and handle phone inquiries while managing both dine-in and carry-out guest traffic.
- Build strong relationships with our guests, remembering their names and always welcoming them with a friendly smile and courteous farewells.
- Complete side work throughout your shift to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to the General Standards of Conduct and Responsibilities outlined in the Oregano’s Team Member Handbook.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries promptly.
