As a Total Rewards Analyst at hmgroup, you will be a pivotal player in the realm of data management, reporting, and strategic insights. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the effective execution of essential rewards programs, where you will conduct various compensation data analyses and prepare comprehensive market and trend reports. Your role will encompass optimizing the use of systems and tools utilized by Total Rewards while actively leading updates and preparations for critical rewards processes. Additionally, you will uphold data governance and establish structured working procedures by delivering clear documentation and management of systems and data. Through impactful reporting, insightful data analysis, and visually engaging presentations, you will convert data into compelling narratives that inform decision-making, increase transparency, and enhance reward outcomes across the entire organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Foundational:
- Champion the total rewards agenda for systems and data, leading various initiatives that span global multi-brand and multi-functional scopes.
- Collaborate on compensation-related projects as needed, fostering partnerships that enhance outcomes.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of compensation tools, master files, and data inventories.
- Support technical and analytical reward initiatives for the wider HR community upon request.
Data, Reporting & Analytics:
- Conduct audits and analyses of both external and internal market data, trends, and insights to proactively provide Total Reward recommendations to business leaders and HR.
- Facilitate data preparation and support for Global Role framework reviews and calibration exercises across the Group.
- Perform regular audits of job-related information in systems and initiate necessary clean-up exercises.
- Conduct ongoing audits and analysis of employee compensation to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain internal equity across various positions.
Annual Cycle Activities:
- Create and update templates, compensation models, and systems essential for implementing key rewards deliverables such as the Annual Salary Review process, Salary Increase Budget process, and Salary Structures creation.
- Process large datasets and conduct compensation data analyses during pivotal rewards processes including market benchmarking, survey submissions, and internal equity assessments.
Systems:
- Act as a super-user for all tools and systems utilized for total rewards deliverables.
- Lead technical setups for the Annual Salary Review and other critical rewards processes.
- Initiate system updates to ensure global consistency in practices.
- Ensure that salary-setting principles are integrated within systems, processes, and operational methodologies.
- Drive continuous improvements in total rewards systems.
