Role Overview
The Total Rewards Manager is a key leader on our People team, accountable for designing, developing, and managing our global compensation and benefits programs. This role is crucial in ensuring that our total rewards strategy aligns with business goals, fosters a high-performance culture, and positions impact.com as a top employer. You will spearhead the creation of programs that are competitive, equitable, scalable, and valued by our employees. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional who can merge deep analytical skills with strategic insight, capable of mentoring a team and collaborating with senior leadership to define the future of rewards at impact.com.
Your Responsibilities
Compensation Strategy & Operations:
- Direct the strategic design and continuous management of our global compensation framework, including salary structures and bonus plans, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee global compensation planning cycles, including project plan development, budgeting, providing comprehensive analytics and recommendations to leadership, and ensuring flawless execution.
- Enhance and maintain our global job architecture and evaluation methodology to ensure internal equity, support career advancement, and align with our organizational structure.
