About the Role
As a Total Rewards Specialist, you will be responsible for the management, accuracy, and ongoing enhancement of BJAK's compensation and benefits programs. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that our reward systems remain competitive, compliant, and scalable as we expand into new markets. You will collaborate closely with People Operations, HR Business Partners, Finance, and leadership to facilitate salary reviews, manage benefits administration, and assist in rewards-related strategic decisions.
What You Will Be Doing
- Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining salary structures, incentive programs, and rewards frameworks.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitiveness and internal equity.
- Prepare salary review proposals, adjustments, and reports for leadership approvals.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including medical, insurance, retirement, leave, and allowances.
- Act as a liaison with external benefits providers and address employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, labor laws, and internal policies regarding compensation and benefits.
- Maintain precise records and generate reports to support audits, management reviews, and people analytics.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives related to rewards, policy updates, and the scaling of people systems.
