As a pivotal player in Bosch's operations, the UK represents one of our largest and most varied markets for commercial sales and manufacturing. Our legal department provides strategic guidance across Bosch's various divisions, including Mobility, Consumer Goods, Energy and Building Technologies, and Industrial sectors. You will engage in significant projects that encompass advertising campaigns, global initiatives, and mergers and acquisitions.

Throughout your training, you will cultivate essential legal skills that align with the Statement of Solicitor Competence as mandated by the SRA, including:
- Communication Skills: Engaging effectively with a diverse audience, both domestically and internationally.
- Drafting: Preparing a range of legal documents, from commercial contracts to client advisories and court submissions.
- Advising/Interviewing: Participating in and leading meetings and interviews under supervision.
- Legal Research: Investigating various legal matters, including product safety, competition, data protection, advertising, intellectual property, and corporate law.
- Negotiation: Observing and undertaking contract negotiations with oversight.
- Advocacy and Oral Presentation: Advising on pre-trial processes and delivering training sessions to Bosch business divisions.
- Dispute Resolution: Aiding in case preparation and attending hearings or alternative dispute resolution meetings.
- Case and Transaction Management: Supporting larger transactions or managing smaller ones under supervision.
Additionally, you will develop key soft skills such as teamwork, networking, time management, and workload management.
The successful candidate will work under the guidance of a senior member of the Bosch legal team, providing support to various in-house attorneys across all Bosch divisions.
