Your Responsibilities
New nurse non-commissioned officers will undergo a 24-week training program at the DGOTC after their time at KMS, divided into four modules: personal development, trauma, primary care, and acute care. As a Trainer for Nurse Non-Commissioned Officers, you will guide these students within a competence-based educational framework. You will support their growth in responsibility, judgment, accuracy, communication, initiative, and learning ability. Your military background will combine with pedagogical skills to provide clear guidance, coaching, and professional development.

Link military practical experience to educational guidance
Observe, assess, and coach students in their development
Support assignments, reflections, and practical preparation
Create a safe, structured, and professional learning environment
Collaborate with fellow trainers to enhance program quality
Your Workplace
You will work within the DGOTC, where theory, practice, and military training converge. The work environment includes classrooms, practical facilities, and exercise settings where students develop their skills. You will collaborate with instructors and healthcare professionals who have military backgrounds. Meetings will focus on uniformity, quality, and improving the training program. TG colleagues will be present on various occasions, with occasional visits to the headquarters in Heerle.
