We are on the lookout for a Training and Development Operations Specialist (LMS Admin). This high-agency, systems-thinking specialist will serve as the architect and primary administrator of our learning ecosystem. This impactful role is tailored for someone who excels in the technical details of learning systems while understanding the underlying principles of talent development. You will act as the glue binding our Training and Talent Development strategy to the technological framework that delivers it.
