Training Leadership & Program Delivery
- Lead and facilitate engaging in-person training sessions for both new and existing franchisees and consultants.
- Conduct virtual follow-up sessions, webinars, workshops, and educational programs across the network.
- Deliver up to two weeks of structured training for new franchise owners and consultants.
- Oversee training logistics, manage materials, update curricula, and maintain LMS content.
- Facilitate daily check-ins to ensure a stimulating and high-quality learning experience.
- Identify training gaps and collaborate with the corporate team to enhance the curriculum and educational resources.
- Participate in Discovery Day programs aimed at prospective franchise candidates.
Office Launch & Field Support
- Travel to new franchisee offices to implement the Office Launch Program.
- Conduct in-person field visits to assist with operational setup and business growth.
- Support franchisees during client appointments, networking events, and regional meetings.
- Identify field challenges and provide structured guidance to enhance performance.
Business Advisory & Coaching
- Offer one-on-one coaching and strategic guidance to franchise owners.
- Analyze business plans, operational processes, marketing initiatives, sales strategies, and expense management.
- Advise on growth strategies, profitability enhancements, and value-building initiatives.
- Instruct on marketing efforts to boost brand awareness and local market presence.
- Support the implementation of operational best practices across the network.
- Conduct monthly updates and revisions to the brand-specific Success Guide as required.
Brand Alignment & Network Support
- Collaborate with the corporate team to ensure that training and field support align with brand standards, system updates, and strategic initiatives.
- Identify trends or recurring challenges within the network and provide feedback to leadership and support teams.
- Participate as a core team member in the Annual Exit Factor Conference and regional events, including travel and on-site support.
- Reinforce brand standards, operational consistency, and best practices throughout the franchise network.
Travel Requirements
- Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically, including visits to franchise offices, training sessions, and annual brand events.
- Occasional international travel opportunities may arise.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
- A credit card with sufficient available credit for reimbursable business travel expenses is required.
