Role Overview
In this pivotal role within our Global Medical Operations team, you will help shape the future of clinical support by deploying Tandem’s AI clinical operating system across influential healthcare organizations worldwide. This highly visible position will see you engage directly with executives, medical leaders, and end-users, ensuring that our tools are effectively integrated into their workflows.
Your responsibilities will include onboarding new organizations, refining workflows, and providing continuous feedback to enhance our product. You will play a vital role in transforming healthcare delivery, making Tandem an essential part of daily patient care for clinicians globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead live product demonstrations for prospective clients and support global commercial initiatives.
- Design and customize workflows and templates tailored to diverse markets and large-scale clients.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure smooth rollouts and seamless integration of workflows.
- Represent Tandem at international conferences, workshops, and customer events.
- Guide clinicians through onboarding, training, and daily operational support.
- Troubleshoot issues to maximize the value clinicians derive from Tandem.
- Create templates and prompts to contribute to the ongoing development of Tandem’s AI assistant.
- Manage clinical safety incidents and optimize internal operations for safe scaling.
Qualifications
- Clinical experience in healthcare settings such as general practice, hospitals, or private practice.
- Experience in consulting, corporate, or startup environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for problem-solving.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments while maintaining focus on outcomes.
