We are on the lookout for Independently Contracted Physicians (MD/DOs) who are located in or licensed to practice in Florida, with the willingness to travel across the state to provide in-person care.
About the Role:
As an Independently Contracted Physician at Plume, you will collaborate with a diverse team of clinicians to deliver gender-affirming hormone therapy (GAHT) to our adult patients throughout Florida. We are particularly interested in candidates with a robust background in primary care.
Your responsibilities will include providing ongoing care for a patient panel, obtaining in-person consents, onboarding new patients, and managing follow-up care (including lab tests, prescriptions, and clinical inquiries).
Please note that due to Florida legislation, in-person visits for informed consent are required prior to prescribing medications for gender-affirming treatments. Ideal candidates must be willing to travel across Florida on a recurring monthly basis.
