We are looking to enhance our team in Casablanca by hiring a Transport Administrative Assistant – H/F.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing administrative follow-up for the Transport Sales/Downstream team.
- Preparing store tour schedules.
- Validating travel plans with transport providers.
- Ensuring data accuracy against schedules.
- Sending delivery schedules to stores.
- Updating spot returns and rentals.
- Acting as a liaison between the transport provider and stores for frozen goods logistics.
