Responsibilities
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Design and market personalized travel itineraries that align with individual preferences, budgets, and requirements.
- Offer expert insights on travel destinations, including visa requirements and travel insurance options.
- Leverage sales opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and endorsing the company’s preferred partners.
- Maintain precise records and client details utilizing the company’s operational systems.
- Address customer complaints and inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in the travel industry.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales-focused role with a target-driven approach.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong sales acumen and customer service expertise.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with reservation systems, such as Amadeus, is a plus.
- A genuine passion for travel and familiarity with popular destinations.
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis as this is a retail travel position.
