Join Nightingale College as a Travel Nurse Clinical Instructor!
This exciting role requires you to travel up to 100% of the time to various clinical locations across the United States during clinical rotations. Please note that this position is not confined to a specific state; assignments may occur in any of the Nightingale Supervised On-ground Field Experience (SOFE) areas. Our academic year consists of three semesters, each lasting 16 weeks (approximately 3.5 months), during which clinical rotations occur for at least 11 weeks. Travel and lodging accommodations will be provided by the College.
The starting salary for this position is $93,500. Nightingale College employs a faculty ladder with five levels to determine salary and title, which are based on your academic qualifications and experience in nursing education.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver instruction at various supervised on-ground focused education (SOFE) sites, including clinical environments, simulation labs, and skills labs nationwide.
- Teach and evaluate students in Practical Nursing, Baccalaureate, and Master’s Degree Nursing Programs.
- Maintain active communication with learners regarding attendance, performance, comprehension, and evaluation in alignment with course outcomes.
- Promote innovative teaching methodologies and incorporate the latest technologies in nursing education.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to achieve Nursing Education Services' key performance indicators and the College’s overarching mission.
