Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.2-3 years of experience in treasury, cash management, bank operations, or corporate finance.Proficiency in daily cash operations, including documenting deposits.Familiarity with ACH, wire transfers, payment templates, and approval processes.Hands-on experience with banking portals (e.g., wire initiation, ACH origination, balance reporting).Knowledge of bank account documentation, including account openings/closings, bank product forms, and signature card management.Strong analytical skills with the ability to maintain financial records and supporting documentation accurately.Basic understanding of internal controls, particularly regarding payment security and user access.Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities, particularly in managing recurring daily/weekly tasks.

Key Responsibilities: This position demands excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in various financial systems. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, well-organized, and possess the following abilities:
Prepare, document, and process daily cash deposits.
Gather essential Treasury information to enable self-service access for project accountants and finance staff.
Draft and finalize documentation for opening or closing bank accounts and modifying bank products.
Ensure signature cards are current and that all necessary documentation is executed and maintained promptly.
Initiate wire transfers and ACH payments using online banking platforms, maintaining templates as required.
Act as the administrator for banking portals and the first point of contact for routine banking service inquiries.
Prepare and input monthly Treasury journal entries into SAP ByDesign.
Conduct monthly bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
Address internal and external audit requests efficiently.
Maintain strong relationships with banking representatives.
Assist with other Treasury functions as assigned.
