Your Start: Household Assistant (initial 8–10 weeks)
During your onboarding phase, you will immerse yourself in our operations, getting to know our patients and values firsthand.
Your Responsibilities:
Assist with cleaning, laundry, and shopping
Support patients with daily tasks
Build trust and strong relationships
Familiarize yourself with our quality standards and team structure
Conduct initial consultations with new patients
Network with social services, medical practices, and local partners
Distribute flyers and informational materials within the community
Establish and maintain regional contacts
Assist in expanding our patient base
You will be at the center of it all, laying the groundwork for your next step.
Your Development: Team Leader in Your Own Team
Upon successful onboarding, you will step into a leadership role.
Your Additional Responsibilities as Team Leader:
Schedule and coordinate your team
Train new colleagues
Act as a liaison between the team, administration, and patients
Ensure long-term, reliable care
Your leadership comes from practical experience, not just from a desk.
Your Compensation – Fair & Transparent
Initial Phase (Minijob, 8–10 weeks):
€15/hour base pay
€3/hour thank-you bonus
As Team Leader:
€15/hour base pay
€3/hour thank-you bonus
€3/hour leadership bonus

Travel reimbursement of €0.30 per kilometer
