About the Role
We are in search of a motivated and energetic individual who is passionate about driving new business growth. As an Enterprise Account Executive, your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective sales strategies within your designated territory, ultimately leading to increased revenue and customer acquisition.
MongoDB has established a solid foothold in the Turkish market, spanning various sectors including Financial Services, Retail, Telecommunications, and Digital Natives. We are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic professional to further enhance our presence in this thriving market.
This role is based in Dubai, and we offer a flexible hybrid working model.
Your Impact
- Proactively identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities within your pipeline.
- Strategically engage with CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end-users to drive business solutions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships that lead to new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with our Solution Architects and Professional Services team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with enterprise ecosystem partner sales and channel partners to maximize deal sizes.
- Participate in comprehensive sales enablement training, including our Sales Bootcamp and leadership development programs.
Your Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of field software sales experience with a proven track record in a fast-paced, competitive environment focused on acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- The ability to effectively communicate the business value of complex enterprise technologies.
- Experience co-selling with major cloud service providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and large Global System Integrators (Accenture, KPMG, etc.).
- Proficient in cultivating business champions within organizations.
- A strong drive to succeed and a competitive spirit.
- Fluent in Turkish and English.
What We Value
