About the Role
We are in search of a seasoned and motivated U.S. Air Force Business Development Executive to enhance and grow Harmattan AI’s footprint in the Air Force sector. This pivotal role involves leading business development initiatives, engaging with customers, and driving strategic growth within various USAF commands and innovation units. You will translate operational requirements into viable business opportunities, closely collaborating with product and engineering teams to align our solutions with Air Force missions.
This is a rare opportunity to establish a new domain and significantly influence Harmattan AI’s contribution to the modernization of U.S. airpower.
Responsibilities
1. Strategic Growth & Business Development
- Identify, qualify, and actively pursue new business opportunities within the Air Force.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive opportunity pipeline aimed at clear revenue and growth objectives.
- Create and implement capture strategies that align with the priorities and budgetary constraints of the Air Force.
2. Sales & Client Engagement
- Engage with key decision-makers across PEOs, innovation units, and operational commands.
- Present high-impact demonstrations and briefings showcasing Harmattan AI’s innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft proposals, refine our offerings, and ensure alignment with customer needs.
3. Stakeholder & Government Relations
- Act as a representative for Harmattan AI at Air Force events, industry conferences, and relevant gatherings.
- Foster and maintain relationships with operators, acquisition officers, and influential figures within the Air Force ecosystem.
- Provide market insights and reporting to support the overarching corporate growth strategy.
