You will oversee the complete recruitment cycle for both Crisp internal positions and roles at law firms, ensuring speed, quality, and an exceptional candidate experience without compromising rigor. This is an execution-intensive role that demands meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, disciplined management of recruitment pipelines, and the ability to independently drive roles from initiation through to hiring.
