As a Contact Centre Resource Planner Intern, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the scheduling of resources for our phone and email communications.
- Conducting analysis on call data to enhance operational efficiency.
- Providing real-time analytics and managing daily operations.
This is a paid internship that offers you the invaluable opportunity to gain experience while playing a key role in the seamless operation of our Contact Centre.
