Academic Urology & Urogynecology of Arizona (AUUA), a leading multispecialty practice within the Specialty Alliance, is actively seeking a dedicated full-time Urogynecologist (Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery) to expand our exceptional team in the Greater Phoenix area. Our Urogynecology division is committed to delivering advanced, evidence-based care for women facing challenges such as pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, and complex pelvic floor dysfunction.

Position Overview
The selected FPMRS specialist will:
• Manage outpatient clinics and procedure days at various locations across the Valley.
• Perform pelvic reconstructive and urogynecology surgeries at our affiliated hospitals and surgery centers.
• Deliver comprehensive care, from evaluation and diagnosis to individualized treatment planning, surgery, and post-operative management.
• Collaborate closely with a dynamic team of 9 urologists, 3 urogynecologists, and experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
• Participate in hospital rounding as required.
• Share in a supportive and collegial rotating urogynecology call schedule.
• Explore potential partnership or associate tracks based on your interests and experience.
Clinical scope includes:
• Female pelvic organ prolapse,
• Robotic and minimally invasive pelvic reconstructive surgery,
• Urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, and pelvic floor dysfunction,
• Vaginal reconstructive surgery and pessary management,
• Urodynamics, neuromodulation, and various surgical therapies for pelvic floor disorders.
