The role of Local Business UX Researcher leads the validation of usability and usefulness across various services in Local Business to ensure satisfaction for both business owners and users. You will deeply understand the experiences of business owners and users during their interactions with local businesses, identify issues, and propose product strategies. Collaborating closely with the product team, you will drive the discovery of problems and support the implementation of product improvements.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage user interviews, including scheduling, pre-interview guidance, compensation distribution, and addressing inquiries.
- Recruit participants for in-person and remote interviews with Daangn users regarding local businesses.
- Proactively resolve various challenges during interviews and ensure effective communication between participants and moderators.
- Enhance and optimize the research environment and culture for all teams within Local Business to foster user-centric services.
- Develop necessary policies and guidelines to improve user interview processes.
- Conduct desk research, record interviews, and take notes to derive UX research insights.
- Participate in UX research projects to relay user feedback to the team.

Additional Information
- This position is a trial internship lasting three months, with the possibility of a three-month extension based on performance evaluation.
