MISSION
Take charge of enhancing the brand’s digital user experience across both application and web platforms. Your role will involve crafting intuitive, user-centered interfaces designed to boost conversion rates and foster user retention.
You will oversee the entire design process, from developing user flows and wireframes to creating high-fidelity interfaces and implementing usability enhancements, ensuring all designs are consistent, functional, and aligned with business objectives.
JOB FUNCTIONS
Craft wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for the brand’s app and website.
Design user interfaces that reflect the brand’s digital identity system.
Work collaboratively with the development team to ensure precise implementation of designs.
Conduct usability testing and suggest enhancements based on user interactions.
Create reusable components in Figma for the brand’s Design System.
Propose UX improvements informed by analytics data and business insights.
Assist in designing emails, push notifications, and communications through Marketing Cloud.
Document design specifications for an efficient handoff to development.
