Your Role:
As a passionate nurse specializing in elderly care, you will join the team at Simeonshof in Erp. You eagerly share your knowledge and enthusiasm for nursing with your colleagues. You will perform caregiving tasks and nursing technical procedures while playing a significant role in the professional development and coaching of colleagues and students. Guiding them through the world of methodical working and thinking is part of your responsibilities. Detecting and analyzing situations is your strength, and you will discuss improvement opportunities with your team and the quality nurse. By collaborating effectively with other disciplines such as occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and psychologists, you contribute to enhancing the quality of care.
On the department, you will encounter clients with somatic care needs or mild forms of dementia. The work resembles that of home care, but it is conducted on-site. You will follow predetermined routes, providing residents with planned and unplanned care. These routes are guided by clear agreements. Many residents participate in wellness activities during the day, and together, you ensure that each day is as enjoyable as possible.
As a nurse, you will perform various nursing technical tasks. For instance, you may assist a resident with a suprapubic catheter or provide wound care. You will have ample opportunity for further education and training. Scheduling shifts will be done in coordination with your team, and it is essential to be available from Monday to Sunday. Work hours vary between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM, with occasional night shifts required.

An immediate fixed contract for 24 to 36 hours per week, depending on your availability;
