Vice President - Chief Transformation Officer - Strategic Executive for Transformation Initiatives

Overview
We are on the lookout for a seasoned executive with a strong technology background from a prominent $5B+ organization to take on a pivotal role within our Chief Transformation Office. Reporting to the GVP of the CTO Organization, you will engage with C-suite executives at our largest global clients, showcasing the ServiceNow Platform and illustrating how significant business outcomes can be achieved through practical operational experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile: The perfect fit will have previously held positions as a CIO, CTO, or senior leader in enterprise technology, with substantial experience in managing and transforming large-scale platforms, ideally including ServiceNow. We are looking for extensive transformation expertise, a long-term operational outlook, and the capacity to clearly communicate the value of platform-driven solutions to industry leaders.
Your Responsibilities
In this highly visible role, you will:
Customer Engagement & Executive Influence
- Act as a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 C-suite executives, translating your operational insights into actionable enterprise transformation strategies.
- Lead impactful discussions that highlight how the ServiceNow AI Platform facilitates large-scale, measurable business results.
- Collaborate with customer CXOs to craft and refine their transformation frameworks and modernization roadmaps.
Strategic Alignment & Leadership
- Champion customer needs by coordinating resources across Sales, GTM, Product, and Partner organizations to enhance value throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Consult with internal executives across Strategy, Sales, and leadership to influence product direction and GTM strategy.
Thought Leadership & Market Influence
- Elevate industry thought leadership by developing frameworks and methodologies that assist strategic customers in accelerating their transformations.
- Oversee executive-level marketing initiatives including CXO roundtables, keynote presentations, and strategic events to enhance our platform impact.
Pipeline Growth & Business Expansion
- Accelerate sales cycles by aligning transformation opportunities with customer priorities and executive sponsorship.
- Shape prospective customer pipelines by articulating our platform vision and showcasing operational excellence based on your experiences.
