About the Team
The Global Digital Commerce team is tasked with shaping the vision, growth, and execution of all digital businesses across Harry’s, Flamingo, Mando, and Lume. We design and implement digital experiences that connect our customers with our products, while building the infrastructure necessary for long-term omnichannel success. Our team operates at the intersection of brand, customer, innovation, and technology. The DTC segment is the heartbeat of our business - where we launch, learn, and cultivate communities. We drive product innovation and engage directly with our customers, leveraging their feedback to enhance the brand experience continuously. We oversee the end-to-end customer journey—from marketing to site experience, checkout, distribution, and customer service—while consolidating analytics to inform our overall brand strategy. Ultimately, our team manages the P&L across multiple direct-to-consumer businesses, ensuring each brand thrives in the digital landscape while sharing best practices, platforms, and capabilities across our portfolio, thereby delivering innovation, consistency, and scale to Mammoth Brands’ digital ecosystem.
