Your Impact at Lila Sciences
We are on the lookout for an innovative and strategic Vice President / Head of Marketing dedicated to driving commercial growth and fostering strategic partnerships. This pivotal role is designed to enhance our sales pipeline, facilitate revenue generation, and boost partner-driven adoption across key industry sectors. The reporting structure is adaptable, allowing for collaboration under our Chief Communication Officer while working directly with our CEO/Founder. You will collaborate daily with teams across Sales, Partnerships, Revenue, Product, and Scientific leadership to define and implement marketing initiatives that translate cutting-edge science and technical capabilities into enterprise-ready solutions that build trust and close deals.
What You Will Be Building
Drive Commercial Demand and Pipeline
- Develop and manage a comprehensive demand generation engine targeting senior scientific and business stakeholders, including R&D leadership, innovation executives, and technical decision-makers.
- Create account-based marketing strategies tailored for enterprise and strategic accounts.
- Strategically plan and optimize the marketing channel mix, encompassing digital campaigns, field events, executive programs, and partner-driven initiatives.
- Oversee reporting mechanisms and feedback loops that align marketing efforts with pipeline outcomes.
Enable Partnerships and Ecosystem Growth
- Craft go-to-market strategies with partners aimed at generating qualified introductions and collaborative opportunities.
- Produce partner-facing collateral, co-marketing materials, and joint event strategies.
- Identify and nurture ecosystems significant to Lila’s commercial growth, including scientific communities, industry networks, and mission-aligned institutions.
Build Segment-Specific Positioning and Sales Enablement
- Articulate Lila’s technical platform into clear, differentiated value propositions tailored for key verticals.
- Collaborate with Commercial leadership to define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), buyer personas, and qualification narratives.
- Deliver sales enablement materials, including pitch narratives, technical documentation, case studies, ROI framing, objection handling, and competitive analysis.
- Support extended enterprise sales cycles with relevant proof points at each stage.
Produce Revenue-Enhancing Content
- Create impactful content such as technical briefs, case studies, webinars, white papers, and executive narratives.
- Transform customer and partner success stories into reusable assets that foster trust and expedite decision-making.
- Ensure that marketing outputs align with Lila’s brand and messaging standards.
