Salary: $148,750 - $191,250
New hires will be placed between the minimum and midpoint of this range, specifically $148,750 - $174,250.

Your Role:
Your Influence:
As the Vice President of Ecology and Climate, you will spearhead statewide initiatives aimed at enhancing The Trustees' management, stewardship, and restoration of forests, grasslands, wetlands, coastal ecosystems, and agricultural lands. You will guide the organization in adopting science-driven decision-making and ensure that our land management practices align with best conservation and climate resilience practices.
Your Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute comprehensive strategies for the sustainable management of various ecosystems that promote The Trustees' mission and yield positive outcomes.
- Lead the development and implementation of organization-wide ecology, agriculture, and climate strategies while overseeing major projects related to habitat protection, climate adaptation, and sustainable land use to address the pressing challenges of biodiversity loss and climate change.
- Establish priorities, manage a high-performing team of professionals, and collaborate effectively with program, stewardship, and regional leaders.
