Key Responsibilities
- Develop, secure, and implement a dynamic calendar of impactful events, sponsorships, and activations (including branded events, conferences, customer appreciation nights, mini-concerts, exhibitions, community roadshows, and co-branded initiatives) aimed at generating immediate policy quote requests and driving customer acquisition for BJAK.
- Oversee comprehensive management of all physical activations, covering venue selection, vendor negotiations, contract finalization, and logistics. Ensure flawless execution, scalability, and adherence to local regulations for all events.
- Uphold BJAK's branding guidelines across all physical assets and event interactions, delivering a premium and engaging customer experience that educates consumers about the advantages of using an insurance aggregator.
- Establish robust measurement frameworks for each event, defining clear KPIs beyond mere attendance (e.g., Cost Per Quote, Event-Generated Conversion Rate). Provide detailed performance reports to the executive team, demonstrating the tangible ROI of activation expenditures.
- Work closely with Marketing teams to ensure a seamless conversion funnel, managing event-specific technology for on-site lead capture, post-event follow-up, and effective lead handover to the sales team.
