What We're Seeking
As our inaugural Vice President of Finance, you will have the unique opportunity to establish and lead the Finance department from the ground up. Working closely with our founders and executive leadership team, you will take ownership of the entire financial strategy, planning, and operations spectrum. You will design and implement comprehensive financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, create robust systems and controls, and convert data into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.
Craft and execute a financial roadmap that aligns with our growth objectives, encompassing forecasting, capital allocation, and cash management.
Lead all financial components of fundraising and investor relations, including financial modeling, readiness for due diligence, and board communications.
Develop a top-tier FP&A process: budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, scenario planning, and KPI tracking.
Present insights and reports to the Board, investors, and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) on financial performance, opportunities, and risks.
Supervise daily finance operations, including accounting, payroll, tax, treasury, and expense management.
Establish scalable systems and internal controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align financial objectives with GTM and product strategies.
Promote data-driven decision-making by integrating financial context into operational plans and investment strategies.
