The Team:
The Global Trading Strategies group at AQR is responsible for the execution of all our investment strategies, managing the trading of various asset classes including equities, credit, rates, FX, commodities, and volatility. Our trading philosophy is deeply rooted in expertise related to liquidity sourcing and market structure, focusing on systematic reviews of transaction costs, understanding investment strategies, and developing systematic processes, transaction cost analysis, trading models, and automated trading algorithms to minimize slippage, enhance capacity, and improve returns across AQR's investment strategies.
Your Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our Global Trading Strategies team as a Delta1 / Synthetics / QIS Specialist. This pivotal role lies at the crossroads of structuring, execution, and quantitative analysis, responsible for the scalable implementation of both systematic and bespoke investment strategies. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with portfolio managers, researchers, traders, and technologists to optimize product design, execution, and analytical frameworks.
