Summary
As the Vice President of Go-To-Market (GTM) Systems, you will serve as a transformative leader in business technology. Your primary responsibility will be to architect the commerce technology engine that propels Klaviyo’s global revenue growth. Reporting directly to the CIO, you will collaborate closely with the C-suite of GTM, transcending traditional support roles to actively shape strategy and execution through innovative technology solutions. This prominent and impactful position requires you to own the long-term vision and implementation of a world-class, integrated platform, providing a sustainable competitive edge that directly contributes to Klaviyo’s revenue success.
Key Responsibilities
- Design the Commerce Engine: Formulate, advocate for, and implement a multi-year vision for the GTM technology ecosystem, ensuring scalability to achieve ambitious revenue objectives across new products, segments, and regions.
- Collaborate with C-Suite Executives: Act as a key member of the CIO's leadership team and a trusted technology advisor to the Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and other GTM leaders, translating strategic initiatives into a practical and cohesive technology roadmap.
- Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Manage, scale, and mentor a sizable organization of business application professionals, cultivating a culture of excellence, strong business insight, and accountability for achieving measurable commercial results.
- Deliver Transformational Initiatives: Spearhead projects that drive substantial enhancements in core GTM metrics, such as sales velocity, pipeline conversion, marketing ROI, net revenue retention (NRR), and customer lifetime value (LTV).
