About the Role
We are on the lookout for a dynamic Vice President of Growth, Managed Services to become a vital member of the WNS Procurement leadership team. In this role, you will directly influence the company's growth trajectory through strategic collaboration with a diverse team, focusing on revenue enhancement and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the North America Managing Director in implementing the regional Go-to-Market strategy to foster profitable growth.
- Identify and secure revenue opportunities by establishing strong relationships with C-level and VP-level executives at targeted accounts.
- Work alongside the Marketing team to create demand and support campaigns and initiatives geared towards growth.
- Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through networking, cold calling, and managing inbound leads.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of procurement services and products to prospective clients, articulating the value of integrated solutions.
- Collaborate with various teams to develop impactful solution proposals that leverage WNS Procurement's full capabilities.
- Maintain and manage a solid pipeline while providing accurate revenue forecasts.
- Meet targets for pipeline coverage, opportunity conversion, and closed revenue by applying effective growth strategies.
- Lead commercial and contractual negotiations in cooperation with experts and legal resources.
- Keep CRM data current and be prepared to discuss your portfolio of opportunities in detail.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25-30% of the time.
